- Prepare a Competitive Market Analysis for your property
in order to establish the correct competitive listing price.
- Prepare and sign all listing agreements.
- Place your property information into the Multiple
Listing Service.
- Enter your property information into the “Prospect
Search” function through the MLS.
- Place a sign on your property.
- Place a lockbox on your property. (Option of the seller)
- Schedule a Broker tour for your property.
- Prepare a property informational flyer.
- Place an informational flyer box on your “for sale sign”
(if applicable)
- Prepare a Property Information Notebook for display
during showings.
- Create and upload a visual tour on the Internet.
- E-mail the visual tour to local agents and interested
prospective buyers.
- Promote your property at the office sales meeting.
- Advertise your property in the local newspaper.
- Advertise your property in the local “real estate home
magazines”.
- Advise you on various ways to prepare your home to sell.
- Schedule and hold an open house. (if applicable)
- Phone all potential buyers with the details of your
property.
- Arrange showing for other agents.
- Follow up with agents who have shown your property and
communicate their feedback to you.
- Communicate with you at least one time per week.
- Prepare an updated market analysis at the end of the 30
days
